The Project

Another whole house renovation + extension project in Knoxfield completed with Trademark Renovations which will be on the market in the coming days and going to Auction on Friday 27^th September.

Wanting to keep the whole home cohesive you’ll see the same use of materials & hardware used throughout the renovation such as Laminex Bayleaf, Whites, Polytec Boston Oak, Stone Ambassador White Truffle and the Bayside Luxe The Toorak Satin Brass handles but just in different ways.  The kitchen finished in 30% Satin Polyurethane on the Tesrol Design 5026 door profile which we’ve colourmatched to the Laminex Bayleaf and Dulux Lexicon Quarter which also features in some of the pantry open shelving and laundry underbench joinery but in these rooms we used the Laminex Lamiwood rather than Polyurethane.   Polytec Boston Oak Woodmatt is then used in the laundry benchtops and again in both the master ensuite & bathroom joinery with all areas finished with the White Truffle benchtops and Satin Brass cabinet handles which match the homes door hardware, mirrors, feature bathroom lighting, bathrooms accessories and kitchen & laundry sinks & taps.
