Director of Axis Kitchens, Chris Wing Shing, has had the privilege of working with some of Melbourne’s leading renovation companies, builders and tradespeople over the past 25+ years, including his previous company Williams Cabinets. After 11 years of great success with Williams Cabinets and his then business partner, Chris made the decision to re-brand himself and his company to Axis Kitchens.
Although the main focus of Axis Kitchens is just that, custom made and project managed kitchen renovations throughout Melbourne, we also specialise in laundry renovations, custom made wardrobes and walk in robes, home office / study renovations, vanity cabinets and all other custom joinery.
A key success for Axis Kitchens is our clients. We believe every renovation is a collaboration of thoughts and ideas between both the client and our experience and expertise. We all live different lives, have different needs and different styles. The perfect renovation is something that’s been thought out and designed for you.
After finding that perfect balance of functionality and design it’s then equally important to be able to execute that renovation. Over the years we’ve been lucky enough to find ourselves surrounded with likeminded tradespeople and colleagues who also strive for the best possible result for each and every renovation.
Lastly and most importantly is communication. We pride ourselves on just this. From the early stage of design, ensuring you understand exactly what your options are and what you’re getting, then keeping you, the client, informed at every step throughout your renovation until final handover.
Legal Requirements
Many don’t know that in Victoria individuals or companies who want to carry out domestic building works for a consumer or owner builder with a contract price exceeding $10,000.00 must be registered with the Building Practitioners Board and for any works exceeding $16,000.00 must take out Home Owners Warranty Insurance for the project.
