The Project

Working with the team at SE Bathrooms, Axis Kitchens were engaged to design and complete the joinery fit-out for our Mitcham Clients.  Working with a smaller area of only 2.7m and needing to fit our clients preferred top loading washing machine and heat pump dryer we weren’t left with a great deal of space but managed to fit their preferred Blanco Naya 6 Anthracite Silgranit sink plus tall storage to the right side fitted with 3 inner drawers for ease of use. The hanging rail above the trough area finished in a Matt Black to compliment the sink, tinted lid of the washing machine & handles.  A lot of laundries can typically feel quite cold with large white appliances dominating the space but I feel the black accents along with the warmth of the Polytec Tasmanian Oak Woodmatt laminate benchtops makes a massive difference to this space and we wish our clients many happy years in their new laundry.
